Got my printer for less than 2 months and this is what I found when I came home tonight! With ~60 pages of gibberish and wasted papers!!!

First of all, I just want to say this is getting ridiculous!

I have been having the same issue since I got the printer, and over the past few weeks I have talked to at least five different agents trying to solve the problem but none of the methods their provided worked.

Over the less than two months of getting this printer, I have wasted at least 120 pages on these randomly printed pages. And today came home with ~60 pages of gibberish. (just talk to a technical agent on the weekend and he promised me that the problem is solved?)

Also, this random printing issue happens both when the computer is at home (aka connected to it), but also when there is no computer at home (thus nothing is connected to the printer).

Please let me know if there is a person that I can talk to directly to solve this issue for real without being pass around different people.

And yes I ALREADY tried all the methods:
- Reseted the printer
- Cleared cookies
- Reinstalled and updated drivers/firmware (3 times!)
- My mac is in the latest version

Thanks!

@selleo, Thanks for your prompt response and time.

I appreciate your efforts for writing back to us.

As you mentioned the issue still persists after trying out the steps.

Since we have exhausted with all the steps. As a last resort try performing a semi-full reset on your printer and check if it helps.

As the steps to perform a semi-full reset is confidential and dedicated to your printer. I would be sharing the steps through a private message.

Please watch your inbox for more information.

Hope this helps!

Take Care! 🙂
