I have been helping someone with this printer. On the information page it shows "Processing job from tray 2...." but there is nothing in the print queue on their computer. We have tried power cycling the printer but it is still there. We tried to reset the printer but this fails because it indicates the printer is busy. I disabled Apple AirPlay and Cloud Print. What else can we do to forcibly reset this printer? Thanks,

Cold reset will reset the printer better
