I am unable to connect the printer to the wireless network with the IP above

@riggs6815, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

The IP address you have mentioned is of wifi-direct. This is used when you do not have access to a wireless router.

For more info on connecting the printer via wifi-direct, refer to Printing with Wi-Fi Direct

Note: There will be no internet access on the MAC while using wifi-direct.

 

To know how to connect the printer to your wireless network, refer to this document.

Note: Make sure the printer and the MAC are connected to the same wireless network.
