Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've bben trying to print a custom-sized envelope that is 7 1/8" wide and 5 1/8" high. After I had changed the settings to reflect those dimensions and after I pressed "Print," I got the following error message : "Your margins are pretty small. It's possible some of your content will be cut off when you print."

I did a test print and, as warned, some of the content had been cut off.

Any advice?

I believe you are using the wrong tool (printer) for the job.  That is a personal opinion and not intended to disparage your printer.

Specifications do not indicate the printer supports custom size paper in the printer, nor do I find any way to create a custom size form.  The print software is older and is unlikely to support other than the listed paper and envelope sizes .

There are some rather bizarre things you could try.  For example, create a custom envelope Style template in word that includes format / frame information for both return and delivery address.    This is not a lengthy process but it does require a working knowledge of Word and Styles.

If you can find some "not too heavy" labels, it might be much easier to print the addresses on the labels and be done with it.
