iOS 9 - 9.3.5

Cannot access the HP Smart App for an iPad 2 running iOS 9.3.5.  I was able to access it on a different iPad 3rd generation that also runs on iOS 9.3.5.  Apple does not support update to iOS 10 for either of these iPADs.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Do you get any error when trying to access HP Smart App


I suggest you uninstall the HP Smart App from your iPad 2. Restart the iPad and then download the HP Smart App again

 

If the issue persists, I suggest you Reset the iPad and then download the Smart App
