When printing, I received an message that there was an error.  I was unable to delete the file.  I turned the computer off and I couldn't get rid of the error message so I was unable to print.  I decided to delete the printer and reload it but my microsoft 10 is requesting a pin number which I cannot find anywhere on the printer and it's an old HP OfficeJet 6958.  Any help is greatly appreciared.
