I am able to print documents saved to the computer's hard drive. However, even after running the Print and Scan Doctor, I still cannot print from websites.

Which browser are you using? Have you tried an alternate browser to see if that works? Does this happen with a specific webpages or with all of the webpages?

I have been using Microsoft Edge. The problem happens with all the webpages I have tried to print. However, following your question, I tried Google Chrome and was able to print a webpage that Edge would not allow me to print. Maybe Edge was the problem. Thanks!
