unable to print even test page

error comes as 0x00000bbb

Did cycle power printer and laptop

did direct wire connection to printer with RJ45 and also try with USB cable

try my other laptop but same thing

both laptop has windows 10

everything was working ok few days ago

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
