Hi @Sachin171,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

If you're experiencing issues with your HP Smart Tank 516 printer and are unable to print multiple pages at a time, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

Check Paper and Ink Levels: Ensure that you have enough paper in the input tray and that the ink levels are sufficient. Low ink or paper levels can interrupt printing.

Update Printer Drivers: Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. You can visit the official HP website to download and install the latest drivers/Firmware for your printer model.

Restart the Printer: Turn off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This can help resolve temporary issues.

Print a Test Page: Print a test page from the printer itself to check if the issue is related to the printer hardware. If the test page prints successfully, the problem may be with the communication between your computer and the printer.

Check Printer Settings: Verify that the print settings on your computer are correctly configured. Ensure that the number of copies is set to the desired value and that there are no print job errors.

Restart Your Computer: Sometimes, restarting your computer can help resolve communication issues between the computer and the printer.

Reinstall the Printer: If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer on your computer. Remove the printer from your devices and printers list, then reinstall it using the latest drivers.

Check for Print Queue Issues: Open the print queue on your computer and make sure there are no stuck or pending print jobs. Clear any print jobs that may be causing a backlog.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, consider reaching out to HP phone support for further assistance.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
