Hi, I have a HP deskJet 2630 printer, connected via wi fi to my lenovo laptop. I am unable to print any pdf file, whether directly from the adobe reader application or through hp smart. In the hp smart app when i select print documents and then select the pdf file I get a message "Your printer has experienced an unexpected configuration problem 0x8007007e"
I have tried resetting (restarting) the laptop and the printer and get the same message. I have also deleted and reinstalled both the printer and the hp smart app downloaded from the microsoft website and still get the same result. I have tried printing various pdfs and still get the same result.
Thanks for the help, most appreciated

Hi @Cris54321,
I'd like to help!
Let's try and uninstall the printer software from the root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software.
--->In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
--->Select your HP printer.
--->Select Uninstall.
--->In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
--->In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
--->Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
--->Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
--->Click on the Drivers tab.
--->Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
--->Select OK.
--->Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
--->Close Devices and Printers.
And then reinstall the printer full-featured drivers from the software and drivers page
Also, try the steps in the document -Cannot Print PDFs from Adobe Reader (Windows)
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
