I recently purchased HP Ink from Office Depot. My printer is now stating that there is an error with the printer and will not allow me to print. The printer is online, but I cannot print or get past this error. I have tried HP Smart App and HP online to see my printer and troubleshoot, but I cannot get this to work. My printer warranty ended on 12/16 and this issue began before that, but now I cannot get support. My original case began on 12/4.

Hi @aashishyamin,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing cartridge issues with your HP printer wherein it is not recognizing the cartridges purchased from the store.
Please follow the steps listed below to remove web services:
1. Open the embedded web server (EWS):
a. Find out the IP address or hostname of the printer by pressing the Information button (i) to print an Information page.
NOTE: The printer must be on a network and must have an IP address.
b. In a supported web browser on your computer, type the IP address or hostname assigned to the printer. For example, if the IP address is 123.123.123.123, type the following address into the web browser: http://123.123.123.123.
2. Click the Web Services tab, and then click Remove Web Services in the Web Services Settings section.
3. Click Remove Web Services.
4. Click Yes to remove Web Services from your printer.

Hi, sorry but your reply when to Spam and I just saw it. The message I get is "A problem has occurred and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved. Check your HP account for more information. If you have an HP+ printer, make sure you use original HP cartridges. To learn more, open the HP Smart app or visit www.hpsmart.com and sign in to your account"
When opening the app and signing it, it tells me my printer is offline, but it's not. The printer in connected to my home network and the blue light is on. I haven't been able to print for over a month. I had replaced my cartridges with HP cartridges from Office Depot, but they were HP brand, not generic. Can you please help? Thanks.
