I recently inherited this printer when my parents passed away. It worked fine for a couple days but now it will not print or copy and displays an error message to visit the instantink webpage. I searched that page and found no support. I tried to call and it just puts you into a never ending IVR loop or it hangs up on you. I don't know if my parents had an instant ink account and have literally no way to know as they are both deceased. I need to be able to use this printer to handle printing legal documents and for work and have been completely unsuccessful getting any assistance or support from HP as the printer seems to be out of warranty and HP won't even open a "case" unless you pay them up front. If I take a car in for repairs they diagnose the issue, repair it and THEN they bill you. Why would I pay for support before I even know if they can fix the problem? Can anyone offer some assistance here? Thank you.

Obviously you did NOT read my initial message where I state that I inherited the printer and do not know if the previous owners had an instant ink account or not and have NO way to find out as they are both deceased!
