My ink cartridge is full but i am unable to print . Please help me resolve this problem

Try to update the firmware, you need the USB cable to update it

problem still persist if you make a copy? what's the ink level status? where do you see the ink level?

 

you can try to follow this next steps to solve issue for black color is not printing issue
