I would guess one of the following:

  • The printer is not connecting - or has a weak wireless connection - to the network.  Bad connections, aside from the obvious, might include:  weak router, poor placement (angle and / or distance between devices is too great to too little), obstructions (furniture, walls, metal cabinets, for example), angle is wrong (move stuff right/left/forward/back a bit).
  • The printer queue needs to be cleared - this is less likely perhaps than other connection issues, but should be checked.
  • There may be a conflict in the network connection between the printer and the network.  This sounds obscure but might happen, for example, if more than one device is trying to use the same IP address on the network.  This might also happen if there is no conflict but the printer cannot hang onto the IP address for some reason.  The solution in this case is to assign a static IP address to the printer.
  • There is some kind of corruption in the software (odd message for this, but maybe possible).
  • The printer might need a simple "reset" (basically leave on, unplug, wait 60 seconds, reconnect to power).

Consider / Try

Several solutions are presented and explained in this document:

'User Intervention Required' Error When Printing (Windows)

Windows...

You could - if you like - try:

Uninstall existing print software from Programs and Features >

Restart computer and log in

Download-save-install a fresh copy of the Full Feature Software.

Recent versions of Windows print driver software:

HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software

When the opportunity is presented, select the "full driver", "full feature software" (wording may vary).

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in

Reminder

If the easy stuff does not work (for example, unplug / reset printer), you may need to continue with looking for a solution.  Sometimes the "easy stuff" works and sometimes not-so-much.  For example, consider setting the static IP address.

Hey  @Dragon-fur

thanks for quick respond.

Yesterday i tried to print and this message appeared.

AEFA8503-1B62-41B4-821C-DEAD5A20A65A.jpeg

I searched about the problem and i found this solution:

451B8EAC-CD2E-4E64-905F-51669C7F1B5B.png

I tried and it went successfully, printed 3 notes. I turned my laptop off and opened it after few hours to continue printing my notes. And again the message problem started to showed and ended up in became unable to print.

i don’t want to try the solution above every time i want to print.

Thanks 🙏🏻

@Mariam34

You are welcome.

I understand.  Repeating a fix that does not stick is time consuming;

It does appear from the message, that the automatic fix sequence did not completely clear any issues in the queue.

From your posted message:  Print Queue issue is not fixed

If you have not done so, try manually clearing the queue:

If the print job will not cancel or if the print job is stuck in the queue

If the issue is due to Print Services being stuck / hung, the following should fix the problem.

Stop print service, clear the print folder, Start print service

Control Panel > icon view > Administrative Tools > Services

Scroll down, find, Right-Click, and Stop Print Spooler Service

Open File Explorer (formally Windows Explorer)

Navigate to the folder and Delete the files from folder C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS

Start Print Spooler Service

If clearing the print spooler does not fix the issue, then the underlying cause that results in the queue getting stuck is likely elsewhere.

You may want to pursue the other solutions.

If I have anything else to add, I will post back or edit my previous post.
