Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer.  I'm not able to scale the print size before I attempt to print. I've tried going into settings to adjust but I'm not having any success.  Can anyone help me out? Also, I'm using my desktop computer and when I bring up the document to print, the image to be printed is very small as well. Thanks much for any help.

I see that you are facing an issue with scaling on your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to troubleshoot and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
