I use Google Chrome, which shouldn't be a problem as I've always used it.  I've unplugged and replugged my printer. I've changed my password, etc. and continue to be unable to get to my account page.  I sign in with the correct user name and password but am always taken to the sign up page.  I've tried signing out of that and then signing in again, but it continues to take me to the same page.  This is very frustrating.  I clear my browser data regularly so i would like to not have to go through this on a regular basis.
