Unable to sign up to instant ink

Hi,

I have a new 6950 all-in-one.  Part of the set-up on my laptop takes me through the option to sign up for instant ink.  I go through the process until I get to the credit card details page and it won't let me enter the card expiry month or CVC code.  The only way out seems to be to quit and skip the setup process.

Can anyone tell me how to completre the process?

Contact Instant Ink Support in your region.

HP Instant Ink, Sign-up, FAQ, and Important "Small Print" Information

Look for contact options at the top right of the page:  Chat as available or phone number

• Subject List: Scroll down on page or click Three vertical dots top right of page
• FAQ includes “Is my printer eligible for HP Instant Ink?”
• Scroll to the bottom and read all-important “small print” information (includes “Print free for life” plan)
