When I do a firmware update on an HP LaserJet MFP M227dfw the version listed does not change and throws an Error 200
When I try to enable HP Web Services to install firmware update I get this message:
"Internal Processing Error "Retry your last selection. If the problem continues, check for firmware updates."
How can I update firmware?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Are you getting any errors message while updating firmware?
- Did you make any changes to your printer?
- Are you downloading the firmware from the HP website?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
- Disconnect the printer from the NETWORK
- If on wireless network: Power off the Wireless router. Turn off the printer.
- Wait for 30 seconds. Turn on the printer.
- If the printer is in READY state, on the printer front panel, go to Setup -> Network Setup -> Network Services -> IPv6 -> Off.
- Turn off the printer. Wait for 30 seconds and then turn on the printer.
- Once the printer is in a Ready state you may go ahead and connect the printer to the network ( Power on the Wireless Router) and then try updating the firmware.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
