My HP Officejet Pro 8020 printer is preventing me from using generic ink cartridges. I understand that HP have installed software which prevents consumers from using generic ink.
Can you please advise how I can remove this software block on my HP Officejet Pro 8020 thereby enabling me to use generic ink cartridges ?

Hi Asmita, thanks for your reply, however, HP has failed to answer my question.
Q. How can I disable the restriction on my HP Officejet Pro 8020 printer that prevents me from using 'generic ink cartridges'?

The Dynamic Security cannot be disabled on this printer.
