Product: Office Jet 8600 plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
All of a sudden I'm getting an error message that my ID and password are incorrect?! I've gone through the steps with the scan to email setup wizard and the password field was blank. I put in my email password and that does not fix the problem. Still says it incorrect but I don't remember changing my User ID or password.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Could you share the screen where it's asking for the password and ID?
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
Keep me posted for further assistance.
