Product: Officejet 6962
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

HP Officejet stopped printing. I have bought HP products since 1984. I trusted HP until NOW. i faithfully upgraded firmware and low and behold when i went to change ink, it won't let me. So, i see on internet lots of instances of this going at least back to 2016.  ..... I WILL  N E V E R  buy another HP product if this cannot be fixed.
