HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using HP printers for almost 20 years.  The OfficeJet printers are unreliable, and the HP Smart Print is the slowest and the worst.  I spend excessive time on the phone with HP support trying to troubleshoot printer and software problems.  The printer just stops printing randomly because of some bug.  When calling support, it takes over an hour to solve the problem.  This isn't just happening on one printer,  HP OfficeJet 9010.  I have several in my company, and I constantly have to troubleshoot the issues for other users.  I've decided to quit pushing a rope uphill.  I'm going to move my company to another printer manufacturer.  If you have ever had to contact HP support, check how long it takes to solve your problem.  The software and their printers are painfully slow.
