Product: HP Color LaserJet Enterprise CP4025dn Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm receiving a "resend update" on our CP4025. I tried connecting a network cable from my laptop to the printer. Then changing my IP to my ethernet adapter. When I tried getting to the printer via the portal it states that the protocol is not supported and negates me to get toi the printer portal. Is there something I'm missing to get this to work?
