Upon clicking on print on my Officejet Pro 8720 printer, a popup window announces that the printer is using 15% less ink. How do I change that setting so that the printer uses 100% ink or a percent in between 15% and 100%. Thanks in advance for your help.

@chdiamo, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Could you share the screenshot of the window for better assistance?

Also, refer to the document HP Printers - Print Driver Settings Guide (Windows) to adjust the print settings to BEST quality.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!

Thanks for your reply. I can't get the window to pop up again. Somewhere, on some print job, a popup window appeared or otherwise appeared, offering to save 15% ink on print jobs. I checked yes but did not check "Don't show this again". Nonetheless, it quit appearing. So, I assume it was a fluke. The other fluke-I assume-was the yellow triangle with an exclamation mark over it which was imposed on the phone icon on the printer's display panel. That too vanished. So, I assume everything has returned to where it should be. Thanks again for your reply.
