Product: Envy Photo 7855
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hp Envy  Photo 7855.  Apparently has two paper loaders:  front facing which appears to accept paper (except  heavy  weight matte photo) and top facing which doesn't accept any paper. Unable to find a diagram or description of the top loading loader for this model. Explain?

There is no top loader on this printer, take a look at page 19 in the user's guide.

There definitely is a top loader on this printer. And it doesn't work, e.g. load any paper. There is even an icon with arrow to show how to load. So, I accept it doesn't work and doesn't belong on this 7855 machine. But what exactly was I sold?
