HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer

Wasted my money for monthly subscription of instant ink but never ever print anything properly. Just only print half of page and always connectivity issue, no any assistance from HP. I’ve totally wasted my money and finally gave up. I hate this printer and the instant ink subscription, more over this subscription ink only work with active subscription only even if you paid.

Welcome to the HP English Community --

I found a release date for a similar model (OfficeJet 4650) -- November 2015

The printer is older - perhaps even old by printer age standards -

At least some of the problems printing might have been related to hardware age and service life.

True?  Maybe -- old printers don't always work as well as newer printers.

True, too - An older printer's network connection capabilities, even assuming you are running a properly configured, robust and decent network, are not up to today's standards.

What about...

An ink service is perhaps of most value to those who print regularly and to the extent where purchasing ink is burdensome due to convenience or cost.  Casual printing might not fall into this category.  Should you purchase another printer (any brand) and wish to consider their ink service, perhaps check the details in the contract to see what is included and how the service is structured.

Regardless, Instant Ink Support help should have been available while you had the subscription.

That is not important now, of course, simply an FYI to those reading:

Ask for help here if you cannot find your Instant Ink Support link in your Instant Ink account.

True, too - Instant Ink subscription cartridges only work with an active subscription.

Sure - all the big manufacturers produce decent products.

Lots of good choices.

Good Luck.
