Hi,
When I am trying to print on my HP 4122e it is saying 'User Attention required'. I have tried diagnosing and fixing using the HP Smart App but it isn't fixing the issue. Any idea what this could be?
Thanks

Hi @Georgia15,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving a "user Attention required" error
To assist better -
What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?
Meanwhile, try the below suggestions -
Reset the product
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
