I'm trying to set up an HP Envy 4500 e-all-in-one series.  I get to Username and Password but I get an error message that is doesn't match??  What does it mean by domain?

@JM9997, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Envy 4500 e-All-in-One printer

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Here's a bit more detail to help troubleshoot the issue:

HP Account: If you're being asked for your HP account credentials, ensure you are entering the correct email and password associated with your HP account.

Wi-Fi Network Credentials: If you are connecting your printer to a Wi-Fi network, you need to enter the correct Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and the corresponding password. The domain typically refers to the network you're connecting to, but in home environments, the domain part is often not necessary or used in a different context like enterprise environments.

Default Admin Credentials: Some devices have a default admin username and password for initial setup which is provided in the manual or on a sticker on the device. This is typically "admin" and "password", but can vary.

Access Point / Router: In some setup scenarios, your printer might need to connect to your home router. In such cases, ensure you're using the correct Wi-Fi credentials.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
