Product: HP Deskjet 5740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Hewlett Packard Deskjet 5740 and, because of cost, I tried to use a Non-HP cartridge without success. Has anyone experienced the same problem?

the issue could just be that toner from that supplier.  There are 1000 different third party toners to choose from

I myself like third party toners but you need to do some research on some of them before buying.  Amazon has some good options.  Or check this site for some as well https://www.precisionroller.com/
