Last weekend I tried to change my ink cartridge that was said to be too low. As soon as I put in the new cartridge, it checked the ink cartridges as usual. Then a new screen came up with "Validating...please wait." I waited awhile and came back and it still said the same thing. I checked the next morning and same thing. I have tried updating my driver, as far as I can tell it is up to date. I tried turning off and turning back on. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried factory resetting, and after turning back on it would go right back to the validating please wait message.
I have it connected through ethernet, so I don't believe it is a connection with the internet issue.
Please help. I rely on this for personal and my small business use and it is less than two months old. Feeling extremely frustrated.
