I recently brought hp 910 magenta from Staples to replace the ink cartridge that's empty. When I installed the ink cartridge, the "validating please wait " part kept going for past 3 hours.

My wifi & internet is fine. I'm not sure what is going on. I unplugged the power cord, took out all the inks, and even restored the network settings.

I put the old ink back in but still get the same message. HP Smart app states the printer is unable to print.
