The vertical streaks were gone and then they are back again.  I put new ink cartiages in and printed a picture and they are there again.

Hello @DSharpJr,

I went through the case and wanted to jump in with a suggestion.

Is this issue happening only while printing photos or also while printing regular documents? Let me know.

If the issue is specific to while printing photos, then try the steps below:

  • Open the location where the picture you want to print is stored.
  • Right-click on the picture and select “Open with” and choose “Windows Photo Viewer” to open the image (This is important)
  • Change the paper size to 4*6 / 8.5 and also change the paper type to photo paper.
  • Then print the picture and check.

Hope that helps. Good luck!
