Hi everybody,

My printer works perfectly fine. However, when I send an order to print a document from word, I see a vertical black stripe visible left on the page when the paper comes rolling out the printer. It ruins my document completely. I align my printer a couple of times, change the cartridges to new ones, put the paper correctly in the printer, but nothing works. The black vertical stripe left on the pages stays visible when i print a document.  Is it possible that microsoft word is the cause of that? My license of microsoft word has stopped, but i can still use the functions of microsoft word.

Can anyone give me solution for my problem so i don't have to waste more inkt?

Greetings,

Peter

Hello,

have you try to reinstall your drivers(or update the firmware)?

Because if your problem comes only with "word", not  "pdf" files it can be a software issue.
