HP 7640
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Although my HP P.C. finds my printer, whenever I try to print, I get a message telling me that my printer is off line. I've uninstalled and reinstalled software and followed HP Print Doctor instructions and yet it still doesn't work.

Thanks for all of the assistance guys!

I gave up in the end and bought a new HP 8015 printer, which worked straight away without any issues. This has led me to believe that there is an inherent issue with my old 7640.
