WPS PIN for PC after already establishing multiple Apple devices

I successfully installed four Apple devices wirelessly through my Netgear 8000 router. When I tried to add a printer to my Dell laptop running Windows 10, it recognized the printer as wireless, but required a WPS PIN to proceed. I found a procedure to obtain a WPS PIN from the printer, but when I clicked on “WI-FI Protected Settings”, it asked if I really wanted to reset my existing wireless settings. I’m reluctant to do that in case it removes my Apple device connections. Advice welcome!

The Wi-Fi direct default password is 12345678.

Wi-Fi direct is a method that connects your printer directly to your phone or computer using default or an assigned password, the drawback of this type of connection is that you will not be able to access the internet and print at the same time.
