Welcome to HP Support Forum. WPS PIN should be at the back of your router (if supported) not from your printer. Please watch the following video which is for a different printer but very similar, if not the same

I have an HP Office jet 3830 and that is connected by cable to a desktop and tby wifo to another desktop. Am now trying to connect a laptop by wifi. Keep getting aksed for the WPS Pin. One post suggested this was the pin on the router but that didnt work? The laptop is seeing the printer as an available device but it still wants a pin?
