Try these steps:
To print, using HP Banner Paper, follow these easy steps: 1. Follow printer set-up instructions on the back of the HP Banner Paper box. 2. Insert a four-sheet length of banner paper into the printer, with the top cut edge pointing toward the printer. 3. Open the banner PDF file on your screen. In the File Menu, select Print Setup. 4. In Print Setup select the Properties button. 5. In Properties select the section on Paper. 6. In Paper make sure Banner is selected under Paper Type. Click OK. 7. Click OK again to close the print setup window. 8. Under File Menu, choose Print. 9. To avoid printing this page, specify that it print pages 2-5. 10. And you’re ready to print! To print using non-banner paper 1. Print normally. 2. Tape the pages together. Since the banner was designed to be used with banner paper, there may be some gaps in the letters.
