Scrapbook paper either won't pull at all or jam right off.  I set it on photo paper assuming that was the heaviest setting but maybe not.  Any help would be appreciated.

Photo paper is indeed the "heaviest" paper allowed in the Specifications > Paper Handling.

Photo paper
280 gsm2 (66 lb bond)
Up to 20 sheets (17 mm [0.67 inch] stacked)

You cannot use Media type photo paper with "card stock" media.   Most printers can sense whether photo paper is loaded and won't accept "substitute" Media types.

The Specifications > Paper Handling indicates that Index Card paper is supported to the weight specified:

Cards
Up to 200 g/m2 (110 lb index)
Up to 20 cards (17 mm [0.67 inch] stacked)

If the paper falls within the weight Specifications for Card, and if the Media type list includes it, choose the closest setting to Card (might be listed as Index, Card, Card Stock, or similar).

If the paper falls into the weight specifications for Brochure paper, select Media (kind of paper) Brochure.  It might be listed as Brochure matte (or glossy, IF you paper is glossy), "Flyer", or perhaps (just) Brochure.

Brochures
180 gsm
Up to 65 sheets of 180 gsm HP Brochure and Flyer Paper Matte

Driver selections must be "allowed in combination".  That means, the selections must be compatible when combined in the selection setup.

For example:

Media = Card (or Brochure)

Source = Tray 1 (as opposed to leaving the Setting as "Automatic" or similar)

Paper Size = as listed in the available sizes for that Media type

Specifications > Paper Handling > Supported Paper Sizes > Supported Cards listed the allowed Paper Sizes for this Media type.

IF the printer supports Custom Paper Sizes as noted in the document,

If the Paper Size of your paper is not already in the list of standard Sizes,

then you might be able to create a Custom Paper Size form for your paper.
