My printer used to work fine untill i had a paper jam..After resolving paper jam issue, looks like the printer head/or one of the gears became loose as it makes a different sound while printing. Ever since the prints have been distorted/wavy with double prints of letters/lines/images. I tried all the troubleshooting steps including alignment of printers but it did not work. Can someone suggest what needs to be checked inside(a manual for the fix would be helpful).. Thanks in advance...
Below is how it prints now..Hope it helps..

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd love to help.
Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Hi,
I tried all the steps before..I also tried printer alignment.. It does not work.. It looks like the printerhead/gear is loose on the attached shaft(could have happened while removing the jammed papers).. Is there a way to check it inside and fix it? A manual to do the job would be helpful..
Thank you!
