Product: HO OfficeJet 6950
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Error Code OXB8AD2134 showed on the printer display which was blinking steadily.

 

My printer is less than six months old. I am using genuine HP inks via HP Instant Ink. All cartridges are almost full. The printer is on my WiFi network. I use a MacBook Pro and my OS is 10.13.6 High Sierra.

 

Although I have now cleared the error and printed successfully, I am curious as to what caused the error.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

The "0x.." error is related to ink system. It could be due to a connectivity issue or firmware update. 

 

I'd suggest you update the printer's firmware. Download and install the latest firmware from this link.
