Hi @SujithKumar1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To access the Embedded Web Server (EWS) of your HP Ink Tank Wireless 419 printer, you may need to know the printer's default username and password. Here’s how you can find them or reset them if necessary.

Default Username and Password

  1. Default Credentials:
    • Username: Typically, this is left blank (no username).
    • Password: The default password is usually "admin" or it might also be blank (no password).

Finding or Resetting the Credentials

Check Printer Documentation: Look for a sticker or note in the printer’s manual that lists the default username and password.

Resetting the Printer:

  • If the default credentials don’t work, you can reset the printer to factory settings. This usually restores the default username and password.
  • To reset, refer to your printer's manual for specific instructions, as the method can vary.

Accessing the Embedded Web Server

Find the Printer’s IP Address:

  • Print a network configuration page directly from the printer to get the IP address.
  • You can often do this by navigating to the printer’s control panel, selecting Setup, then Reports, and choosing Network Configuration.

Access EWS:

  • Open a web browser on your computer.
  • Enter the printer's IP address in the address bar (e.g., http://192.168.1.100).
  • Press Enter, and the Embedded Web Server should load.

Log In:

  • Enter the username and password (leave the username blank and use "admin" or whatever default is noted).

Troubleshooting

  • If you still can’t access the EWS after trying the default credentials, consider consulting the printer’s user guide for more details on resetting or accessing settings.
  • Ensure your printer is connected to the same network as your computer to access the EWS.

Once you gain access to the EWS, you should be able to navigate to the print quality toolbox and make necessary adjustments.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
