Greetings,

 

Your answer definitely resolves this issue, in regards to "admin or Admin" being used as default for both user name and password. . But I must mention/Mention, people may be confused by your use of /  ( backslash ), possibly entering entire/Entire user name/password.. U

 

 Users problem originates from unknowningly changing password for HP Printer Network.  As there is no username displayed in system menu or included in product manual.  Users without "common sense of the industry" overthink standard defaults.

 

   As my comment is located and end of post, if you just made a simple edit. I'm sure users would appreciate the saved time and further confusion.
