  • Update Firmware/Drivers: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware and drivers installed. Visit the official HP website, search for your printer model, and download the latest firmware and drivers available.
  • Check for Paper Jams: Make sure there are no paper jams in the printer. Open the printer cover and carefully remove any stuck paper.
  • Reset Printer: Some printers have a reset option in the settings menu. Refer to your printer's manual to find out how to perform a factory reset.
