Product: HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP officejet 5255 all in one printer now has an error message. It has oxb3db5a2b . I tried to align the printer after putting my new cartridge and it was successful. Then minutes later the message appeared. What is it and how can I fix it? I already tried the factory reset and it came back.  Please Help!!🙏

I see that you are getting oxb3db5a2b error on your HP OfficeJet 5200 All-in-One Printer.

  

Please download and install the firmware update on the computer connected to the printer from this web link.


You may also refer to this document to know how to update the firmware.
