What is the default username and password for HP Smart

HP Recommended
HP Envy 6055
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have an HP Envy 6055 and I am trying to log in to HP Smart for the first time so that I can navigate to the "Web Services" menu. I have never setup a password for this and I have no idea what the default username and password is. I tried username admin and password admin, username admin and password password, username <blank> and password admin, and username admin and password <blank>. I have also tried downloading the user manual for this model, but HP's website takes me to dead link.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

The default user is admin (all lowercase)

Open the cartridge access door and locate the label, the password is the PIN listed on the label.

Shlomi
