Product: deskjet 2700
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

What is the problem?:

deskjet 2700 new set-up . . . lights blinking   : 'i' three colour light also  'E' ' !' '0' & print colour columns flashing.

 

CHECKED INK CARTRIDGES ... they are HP and both have sufficient ink!

 

ANY IDEAS PLEASE ...  help solution!
