Well, you should not be posting serial numbers ...
Regardless, that number is not providing the hoped-for results.
What is the Product Number of your printer??
Finding your Product Name, Product Number, or Serial Number
Please do NOT post the serial number.
An exact model name would also work fairly well.
For example, "HP Officejet Pro 9025"

Hey @spw24
Thank you for visiting the HP Community ! I tried to explain it better to why to not post a serial number at a PM that I sent you, please check. 🙂
Thank you for helping, as always.
Kind regards,

Apologies for the informal wording.
Posting serial numbers is against policy. It is meant to keep your private information private.

Thanks for understanding.
As stated, I did not find anything for that serial number - that only means that I did not find the information you seek using the number and not that you posted incorrect information. No matter - number has been removed by Moderators.
Using the general model name (without the product number), the information is as follows:
Region Available No longer
for sale for sale
United States | Sep 30, 2011 | Jan 31, 2015 |
If you know when you purchased the printer, the manufacture date is likely four weeks or more before purchase.
Why the wide range of dates? This is one of the most popular series of printers - even nearly ten years later, there are still a few of these printers till in use.
Product number, by the way, would not narrow the results - we do not have exact information - in this case the printer series was on the market for so long that the year of manufacture could be 2011-to-end-2014.
If the printer is on the network, most any of the printer reports include the product number - this won't give you an exact date of manufacture though it does give you a more precise method of describing the device.

You can check printers warranty start date from the HP database. Warranty stardate can give you an approximate when your printer was manufactured.
