Product: HP Envy Photo 6234
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP very kindly replaced my faulty HP Envy Photo 6234 but I'm not quite sure what to do with the faulty product?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

The old printer should be sent back to HP. You must have received a pre-paid shipping label. If you have not, Contact HP in your region regrading this issue and they should be able to send you another shipping label.
