Product: Example:Officejet Pro 8600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

OfficeJet Pro 8600

Windows 10 64-bit

Wireless connection

Error Message: Printhead Missing, improperly installed

Only known problem is that the cyan cartridge is recently empty

I have removed and re-installed the printhead several times to no avail.

What should I do?  I need a printer!

Please try these steps - HP Printers - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
