Hi @HSO27,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're stoked to have you on board!

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share the model name of your device?

Meanwhile, you can try these steps:

Check Printer Queue: Ensure there are no jobs stuck in the printer queue. You can clear the queue and try printing again.

Verify Printer Settings: Double-check your printer settings on your computer. Make sure the correct printer is selected as the default printer.

Restart the Printer: Power off the printer, wait for a minute, and then restart it. This can sometimes resolve communication issues.

Reinstall Printer Driver: Updating or reinstalling your printer driver can solve compatibility issues. You can download the latest driver from HP's official website. Use the HP Customer Support for guidance.

Network Issues: If your printer is networked, ensure that it's properly connected and that the network is functioning.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Best regards,

Kuroi_Kenshi
